PT. Food Station Tjipinang Jaya, Arief Prasetyo Adi said his side has submitted Rp 3 billion for dividend in 2015 and Rp 3.7 billion in 2016.
"We are keep trying to increase dividends," he said, Monday (11/13).
BUMD Requested to Use PMD EffectivelyHe explained, company's profit in 2015 is Rp 6.02 billion and it reaches Rp 9.04 billion in 2016.
"We target the profits to reach Rp 15.2 billion this year. Until October its realization has reached Rp 13 billion," he added.
According to him, company is responsible to conduct social mission to maintain food price stability and help low-income communities. Though, PT. Food Station Tjipinang Jaya also tries to increase companies revenue.
"We supply rice for Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) up to 1,000 tons per month. 300 tons are for cheap market and market operations and its price has been set by government. We are also expanding business in packaged rice and sell it in modern market," he explained.
He affirmed that PT. Food Station Tjipinang Jaya currently has managed the company with Good Corporate Governance (GCG) basis which is stand for small communities and keep innovating for company's development.
"This is in accordance with governor and vice governor and vice governor advice some time ago," he continued.
He added, his side also proposes Rp 125 billion for Local Equity Participation (PMD) fund in 2018. It will be used to expand company business and infrastructure repair at Cipinang Rice Central Market (PIBC) area, Jalan Pisangan Lama Selatan, East Jakarta.
"Infrastructure repair is needed to improve merchants and customers comfort in buying rice," he closed.
